Nawa Academy Financial Aid Program

Nawa Academy has limited financial aid available to families. This is not a loan. Financial aid is applied against the cost of room, board and tuition only. All applicable fees must be paid in full by the family. Each request is carefully reviewed by our Finance Committee with a determination made usually within five working days.

1. Submit the completed application to the Office of Admissions
2. Request a release of transcripts from the current school (transcript release form is included in the Nawa Academy application)
3. Submit the request for financial aid, addressing the following items:
a. full names of legal guardian/s and student
b. who is financially responsible for student
c. age and current grade level of applicant
d. reason for request of financial aid
e. amount of financial aid requested
f. why you feel Nawa Academy may be the right learning environment for your child
g. your goals as a parent for your child to attend Nawa Academy
h. applicants goals for attending Nawa Academy
i. which program is desired
j. enrollment date desired

Nawa Academy Payment Plan Program

The cost of tuition, room and board for the 2008-2009 school year is $36,324. Normally, the first installment of $18,162 plus applicable fees is due on July 10, with the second installment of $18,162 due by December 15. Occasionally, there are situations that warrant establishing a payment plan. Such requests are reviewed on an individual basis by the Finance Committee. If approved, an interest rate of 6% on the unpaid balance will be charged.
